About BridgeRock
In 2022, BridgeRock Developments LLC was formed through a Partnership of accomplished Development Companies with owners that also happen to be long-time friends of over 30 years. These Developers identified the unique strengths in each other and believed they could build a stronger Company together so BridgeRock was formed. Over the past 20 years, these Partners have shown a unique ability to excel in identifying land for acquisition, evaluating a project for its marketability and financial viability, and then achieving the entitlements necessary from the municipalities to ensure the success of their projects. They are appreciative of the network of Professionals that collaborate with them in the fields of Site Planning, Engineering, Legal, and Incentive Packaging which allow them to achieve great things together. BridgeRock Developments actively seeks new opportunities in Residential and Commercial Development that can benefit all those involved – land owners, municipalities, builders, investors, and the marketplace in general.
